NomiStudio is designed for low-touch deployment, with most work completed under controlled factory conditions and limited operations required on site.
The system can be engineered for the applicable Ukrainian seismic requirements. Final performance must be confirmed through project-specific structural calcultions.
The building is being developed to achieve the required
90-minute fire-resistance classifications, subject to
assembly testing and certification.
NomiStudio is manufactured using TripleBox prefab steel technology and UtiliBox technology. Both TripleBox and UtilityBox
technologies are patented.
